Terms of Service

Orders:

           Every item is made by hand, in the order it was received. During especially high volume times, order completion may take additional 1-2 weeks for processing and building. Items typically ship within 3 days of being built.

 Returns and Refunds:

           All sales are final. In the unlikely event that an item fails or is defective in craftsmanship, we will offer a complete refund or exchange of equal value upon receipt of product and inspection of defects within 30 days of purchase. 

 Warranty:

           We guarantee our products for life. If one of our items breaks down due to materials or craftsmanship, we will make it right. Lifetime warranty of items under normal and intended use of items only.

 Additional Information:

            Leather is a natural product, and each hide is unique both in color and in marking. Some products may have scars, and occasionally we are able to make products with the brands that come with hides. Products seen in pictures may differ slightly from the product you receive due to lighting and specific lot of hide used. All materials used in our items will take on natural wear, which may lighten or darken certain aspects of the leather. Wallets will break in and soften the more you carry them. More cards may fit as this happens, and will become easier to take out. Hardware may become darker or show signs of wear. All of this is normal and good, as it shows the product is being used and broken in.
